2027 Model Naming Guide

For model year 2027, Stingray moved to a simpler naming system. Model names now lead with the boat’s approximate length, so the lineup reads in order and it is easier to see how the boats relate to each other. The boats themselves are unchanged by the renaming: same hulls, same Z-Plane design, same build.

Two center consoles also carry an HY designation, short for Hybrid. These are fish-ready center consoles that convert for family days on the water, so one boat covers both jobs.

Models no longer in the lineup

The 201DC and the 23 OCX are not part of the 2027 lineup, and the LR Sport Deck series has been retired. Owners of those boats are still fully supported: owner’s manuals, warranty registration and parts all remain available through the Owners section and your local dealer.
