Dear Stingray Customers,
As Easter weekend approaches, we want to wish you a joyous and happy holiday spent with your family and friends. We know how valuable family is to every one of you, and we want to remind you here at Stingray you are a part of our family!
We want to thank every one of you who has attended boat shows and come out to see us. It is because of you that we continue to have another successful boat show season. Participating in shows and dealer demo days all across the country spanning from the Midwest down to the Southeast and across the Central U.S. to up and down the East Coast, we have enjoyed meeting many of you and hearing your stories.
With spring in full bloom, we know many of you are hitting the water on your Stingray boats. Don’t forget to tag us in your social posts or submit them to our Owner’s Gallery for a chance to be featured on our page!
We’d also like to share the exciting news of our 2023 Dealer Meeting with you! For the first time since 2019, we will be hosting an in-person dealer meeting to discuss how we can better serve the needs of our dealers and you, our valued customers.
Thank you to all our Stingray customers for choosing us, we are so incredibly thankful! We look forward to many more years with you as our Stingray family.
Sincerely,
|

Design Engineer – Robert (Rob) Lyew
Rob has been an integral member of our design team for a few years now, working on new model design such as our 231DC and 211DC dual console models. He’s busy right now with our new 230 model project, and has a real passion for the marine industry and mechanical engineering. Rob loves to see his ideas move from his head, to CAD, to the actual model being built on the plant floor, and hearing the positive feedback from the customers. Rob also has a love for soccer - evident by his first three collegiate years at Anderson University (South Carolina), and his current role as the assistant coach for Hartsville High School. He graduated from Auburn University with his degree in Mechanical Engineering. And besides designing our incredible models, he also has a passion for bikes, including managing a race team that competes across the Southeast throughout the year. He and his wife, Callie, reside in the area where you might frequently see him on one of his bikes riding to and from the plant.

Lamination Manager – Mitchell Poalillo
We have another Anderson University graduate on our team, and that’s Mitchell Poalillo. Mitchell is our Lamination Manager, and is working under our long-time department head, Leon, so that the torch can be passed seamlessly down the road. He came to us from the Bluffton, S.C. area, but how he got here is a nod to Rob Lyew. Being friends – and soccer buddies – Rob encouraged Mitchell to join our team because of his positive experiences. And we’re so glad he did because Mitchell has been a great addition for us since coming onboard in June of last year, and he will help lead us into the future. Mitchell and his wife Alison also live in the area, and while you won’t find him on a racing bike, you will find him at the track racing his Honda S2000.

WHAT STINGRAY OWNERS ARE SAYING
|
|
|
Just want to give a big 'Thank You' for our tour of Stingray. It was fascinating to see the full scope of production and the amount of care and detail that goes into each boat.
We are anxious to get to Maine this summer to see and enjoy our 201DC. I can assure each time we use it we will think of our visit and the 'family' of people that put it together.
Thanks again for your personal time,
Bill and Cindy
