Dear Stingray Customers,

 

As you’re getting back into the swing of things, we want to wish you and your kiddos a safe and happy school year. We hope that you’re still able to find time to hit the water with your Stingray boat and create those valuable memories with your families!

 

We have had some exciting things happening here at the plant this summer! We have officially released our 2024 Model Year, which included new changes such as the introduction of Black Cherry to the hull color lineup.

 

We have also been preparing to welcome our dealer’s home to Hartsville for the first dealer meeting since 2019! We know that this meeting will bring great value to the entire plant as our main objective is to discuss how we can better serve the needs of our dealers and you, our incredible customers.

 

We look forward to continuing to meet so many of you at upcoming boat shows this season! Hearing your stories and getting to meet you in person means more to us than we can possibly describe.

Big Boat Assembly Manager – Jerry Moore

 

Meet Stingray’s Assembly Manager, Jerry Moore. Jerry - who oversees the assembly of the larger Stingray models that are produced at the plant headquarters - manages a team of 13 dedicated team members each day. He started as an engine installer 26 years ago and has steadily worked his way up into management over the years. Speed and precision are passions of Jerry at work and at play, which is probably why in his off time you’ll find him enjoying drag racing or at the shooting range.

 

With a wife and four daughters, Jerry’s dedication to his own family is just as important to him as is his dedication to his Stingray family. With a smiling face and positive attitude, he tirelessly works through his responsibilities alongside his team. When asked what he loves most about his job, Jerry said it’s the hands-on, family-first attitude he’s experienced at Stingray, and he truly enjoys seeing the smiling faces of the customers on board the models the company produces.
