I hope you and your family are safe and well as our country continually strives to overcome this pandemic. These past 18 months have been challenging for all of us to say the least.

 

I want to personally thank you for your continued patience as we work hard each and every day to get your new boat built and delivered to you. I know there are some of you that ordered your new Stingray and are still awaiting delivery, while others are loyal customers of ours with previous Stingray models but are waiting on specific parts for your current boat.

 

We’re experiencing unprecedented times currently with supply chain issues that are affecting numerous industries, but certainly we in the marine industry are feeling these effects. As marine parts suppliers and engine manufacturers work to meet the increased demand to get us the parts we need, some have had to put manufacturers on allotments, meaning we’re not yet receiving all the product we need to produce your new model in a timely manner.

 

Mother Nature also played a part with causing production delays due to the severe winter freezes that occurred this past winter, shutting down resin facilities in the south for a period of time.

 

Here at Stingray, we want you to know we are working hand-in-hand with each of our suppliers every day to get the parts and products we need to get your boat built and delivered to you. We know you want your boat, and we want to get it to you.

 

From all of us here at Stingray, our dealers, our vendors and partners…we personally want to thank you for your continued patience. Together we will get through this, and we’ll get you in your new Stingray as quickly as possible.
